How long can I get the gown after I place one order on promdressfactory.com?

Usually the gown will arrive your shipping address in 25 days after you place the order online successfully. If you need the gown in short time, you should pay extra $40 for a dispatch, and you will get a dress in 15 days.
Why your prices so low?

First, we operate at a lower overhead than a retail store. For example, we do not employ a sales staff or alterations department, all of which add to the cost of operation. Since we do not have to accommodate for these costs, we can pass the savings onto our customers.
Secondly, We are a professional wedding factory, not retailer of any wedding factory, you can order dress from our factory directly.
Can I return the dress that I have received ?

If the dress you received doesn't fit or have quality problems , you can simply return it to us within 15 days of the date you received the item. But you must ship the dress back if you want get a refun, we will arrange the refund as soon as we receive the returned items ( excluding shipping and handling costs ). What's the price show on your website? ?

We are a experienced dress factory, all the dresses are made by us as our customers' requests and measurements, this is how we can afford to provide you with the best quality dresses at the lowest prices.
How can I see a swatch of the color I'm interested in before I order?

Sorry, the shipping cost is very expensive, so we do not have swatches available to send out to customers. we can just can send our color chart to our customers.
You can confirm the dress color by two ways, as follow:
(1) view our color chart, choose color on internet.
(2) send me a color picture, and we will tell you if we have this color for your dress.
Note: Not any extra cost for color change.
Can I place my order over the phone?

We do not accept phone orders. We require all orders in writing to avoid errors.
What do I have to do to buy a Prom dress or wedding dress ?

The process could not be simpler... Select the dress of you want, > Next, select the size and the color of the dress. It is better to order on the larger size and have the dress altered.

Yes. We can custom make the gown if you give us clear pictures showing both front and back. But please be aware of that the charge will be much higher than the styles in my list because our designers will have to design it from scratch just for you and it will cost more. I need to contact our designers for quote. And we don't accept return and refund for custom made gowns. .
Can you make a dress in a color that is not listed?

Yes, we are a factory, we have our own manufacturer. All colors and sizes are available,you just need send your favor color and your measurement,we will custom for you.
Can I have a gown made to my measurement?

Of course yes, as custom-made is our first concern. We can make the dress in your own size. You may send us your special measurements according to our size guide.
Is the color of the picture display the same color as the dress?

Not always. Your monitor and color correction utilities may change the colors. Different brands, lighting in the room, and other variables can also make your eyes receiving different color information. Do not use pictures and magazines as color swatches since different brands of ink on different types of paper may have different feel.
Can I get a discount on my gown ?

Yes, if you order more 3 dresses at the same time, We will give you some discount.
